We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your ride, here’s how our cancellation policy works: • Full Refund: If you cancel 15 minutes or more before your scheduled pickup time, you’ll receive a 100% refund of any prepaid fare. • Partial Refund: If you cancel within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, 50% of the ride fare will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded. This policy applies to all ride cancellations unless otherwise approved by us in writing.
Yes. Due to high demand and limited capacity, we have introduced a night, weekend, rush hour, and holiday surge fee to ensure availability, prioritize timely pickups, and fairly compensate our drivers during peak times.
Drivers and customers may receive automated text notifications related to ride requests. For example, a driver may receive a notification about an available ride, and a customer may receive confirmation or status updates about their booking. By submitting a ride request as a passenger or an application to become a driver, you agree to opt in to these text messages. These notifications are essential for coordinating rides quickly and efficiently. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.
Account and Booking Questions
Customers may either request a round trip by messaging us directly or book two separate rides in advance. Round trip fares include additional mileage for the return. A 10-minute grace period is included for waiting; beyond that, 0.5 miles will be added for each additional minute of wait time.
Customers booking a ride with multiple stops as a single trip should first request a ride to the initial stop. After booking, please message us with the details of any additional stops. A 10-minute grace period is included per stop. Wait times beyond that will be charged as 0.5 miles per minute. Alternatively, separate rides can be scheduled in advance for greater flexibility.
Yes. The minimum charge for any ride is $7.50.
